EXAMPLES OF SUCCESS
FROM THE STREET TO THE PRESIDENT
Matjaž, a 13-year-old boy, found himself in a delicate teenage period when he faced his parents' divorce. His father, due to violence, spent a few months in prison after the separation from Matjaž's mother. His mother moved away and lost contact with Matjaž. The boy was angry with his mother but missed his father. Due to domestic issues, he stopped attending school and started selling drugs on the street.
Fortunately, Matjaž joined the Bravobajta program, where he had the opportunity to participate in various activities. He engaged in programs in the school kitchen, worked on the school grounds with the janitor, and performed repairs. The program emphasized hands-on activities, and Matjaž received payment for his work. After a month in the program, he gradually returned to school and successfully completed the academic year. Additionally, Matjaž joined a circus club at school and at the Youth Home Malči Belič, where he developed his skills. He showcased his talents in a performance before the mayor and the president of the country, further motivating him.
The following year, Matjaž successfully completed elementary school, enrolled in a vocational high school, and, with perseverance and effort, overcame the challenges from his past, starting to build a better future for himself. The Bravobajta program allowed him to connect with other youth, develop skills, and learn work habits that would serve him in life.
BACKBONE IN HIGH SCHOOL
Jaka, a fifteen-year-old, often finds himself in trouble, despite his efforts to please his friends and fit in. On a school trip to a museum, at the suggestion of a classmate, he took the remote control for the projector, leading to a week-long suspension imposed by the school board.
Nevertheless, Jaka participated in the Bravobajta program, where he learned photography skills and created a short film. Upon returning to school, he first apologized to the teachers for his mistake and explained that he harbored no resentment towards his classmate, understanding it was peer provocation. He requested fairer treatment in the future, as he was not convinced he deserved such a severe punishment. In front of the entire class, he expressed regret for his actions and received a lot of support and applause.
Jaka learned that he could take responsibility for his mistakes, apologize for them, and maintain his confidence and dignity. Through his actions, he conveyed a clear message to his surroundings that change and growth are possible with effort and confidence in one's abilities.

Gregor Bajt was my teacher at the Waldorf School in Ljubljana, from the fourth to the ninth grade. He was fresh in the role of a teacher, but he approached his work with great enthusiasm and respect for the profession. Through getting to know his life story, I gained a lot; I learned a great deal about the life of a person who follows his dreams and is wholly dedicated to expressing himself. Mr. Bajt has been my role model since childhood when I was involved in sports, up to now, as I study music abroad.

"Knowledge is within you." This statement or claim by Gregor was something we heard many times as elementary school students. I initially started using this "innocent" phrase ironically, but over the years, it became increasingly true, eventually bringing "happiness" (actually, just instilling confidence in myself). Even today, I use it when I feel challenged in life. In most cases, I share it with panicked classmates before exams (often with myself, too, haha). But the question is, why did this statement leave such a mark and instill such a belief that each of us can achieve anything we desire, whatever that may be? I think Gregor Bajt deserves a lot of credit for this. Not just because of the statement itself, but also because of the actions that prove it to be true.
The reality of the statement is evident in how Gregor, through his efforts, succeeded in various fields. For me, the most interesting were the artistic aspects, such as staging and directing plays, creating films from each of our excursions, painting, and, notably today, photography, which we often admired during our time in elementary school. Therefore, I believe that it's possible to master various fields if we believe in it and have a good example, which Gregor could represent for us.

Gregor Bajt was one of my favorite teachers because he dedicated his time and effort to teach us about life-important matters, not just strict school subjects. His implementation of more dynamic lessons and diverse topics made the classes more enjoyable. I appreciate that even after finishing elementary school, I can still rely on his support.
Bravobajta focuses on revealing and manifesting talents. A 15 years old youngster filmed and edited a short movie with his drone.
We approach our goals individually, prepare a feasible program and design it in cooperation with experts.
